OVERVIEW
MDM.Collective is a full-service production management agency working across live music, corporate, and creative media. Our post-production network supports ongoing video projects; primarily multi-camera recordings of live performances and related media content.
WHAT WE DO
Editors in our network assist with the foundational post-production stages:

Multi-camera syncing and base timeline assembly

Basic color balancing and exposure matching

Rough edits aligning performance flow and camera transitions
The Finishing Editor handles all final creative polish, revisions, and client delivery. Our network model allows editors to focus on technical precision while working within a consistent, agency-standard process.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking editors with:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Experience editing multi-camera live events or performance-based content

Strong organizational habits, file management, and communication skills

Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines

How It Works
Once accepted into our network, editors receive project invitations based on fit and availability. Every project includes a defined scope, source assets, and delivery timeline. Communication and file exchange are handled through our secure cloud system.
Compensation is project-based and scales with complexity, ranging from $150–$400 per assignment depending on scope and turnaround.
